1洗好的菠菜切去根部,切成长段

2锅中注入适量清水,大火烧开

3倒入菠菜段,汆煮至断生

4将菠菜段捞出,沥干水分,待用

5将菠菜段装入盘中,铺上姜丝、干辣椒丝

6锅中注入适量清水,加入盐、白糖、白醋,拌匀成糖醋汁

7将调好的糖醋汁浇在菠菜上
Pourthesweetandsoursauceoverthespinach
8另起锅注入适量食用油,倒入花椒粒,爆香Addsomecookingoilintothepot,pourintothepepper,saute
9炸好后将花椒粒捞出
